6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data for the following periods:
- Enquiries that did not result in a booking: 12 months from the date of enquiry.
- Completed bookings: 7 years from the date of the move, in line with our legal and insurance obligations.
- Analytics data: as configured in Microsoft Clarity (typically 90 days for session recordings).
